I am wondering if anyone with asthma has found it has either improved or worsened with the humidity in Costa Rica?

A Tico friend who was raised in Heredia was always told to go to the coast for his asthma.  He suffered occasional attacks in Quepos but has had none since moving to Guanacaste which is much drier.  The dust is sometimes an issue, but not the humidity.

Interesting. My daughter has asthma and I haven’t seen a real improvement since arriving last August, unfortunately. It’s not severe, but we’re living on the Gold coast, and was actually worse during the dry season. Does that make any sense?
